I can't help but love this place. It's your normal dive biker bar, but the food is awesome and the burgers are fantastic. I love the happy hour pizza, and the beer prices a reasonable. One of my favorite bars to visit. Also, the free drink if you purchase from the liquor store is a huge plus. Keep up the great work.

I still really like this place but I have tried both the prime rib and steak specials and haven't found them to be very good. The steak was coated in pepper which made it way too strong. The meat was over cooked and an odd texture. The prime rib was also over cooked. Stick to the bar food!

Terrible service waited for 40 mins to get a drink! This place needs to watch the show bar rescue and take a hint! Terrible!!!

HALLELUEAH !!!!!!! What a gem in the roadhouse genre !! Stop here and you will NOT be sorry. Yeah, it is a little divey, but in a cool, kinda clean, a little more upscale sort of way. Maybe a "little" tacky. Definitely one of the nicer dives I've been in. After going to the movies across the road, I drove past and the parking lot was full. Hmm, I thought, Saturday afternoon, something fun must be going on. Indeed, the meat raffle was in full swing. (I didn't win anything). The tables were full of aging biker type couples. I felt out of place as I didn't have on any of my Harley apparel. Oh well, they are all a size or 2 too small anyway. The bar was mostly full with rugged type guys from about 40 +. A banner proclaimed "Voted best burgers in Minnesota" 2012, so how could I resist that? And for sure, ( I wanted to say FOR SCHEZEL but my daughter just told me I couldn't because I'm too old), that swiss cheeseburger was INCREDIBLE. It looked and tasted like it was hand pattied. And that is difficult to find. The frys were done to perfection. And to top it off, an .85 cent endless cup of coffee. It looked like there were an abundance of specials regularly. If you can get past the bikes, scantily clad sequined bartenders and servers and bar décor, you will completely enjoy a satisfying no frills meal at a value price. Live to Ride.

Dropped in for lunch, and it was far better than I expected from a biker decorated, pitch-black, cougar-staffed divey Anoka County joint. Had a nice mushroom swiss burger, waffle fries, and seasoned sour cream. Burger was ordered medium but came out well done, otherwise it was really quite good. Seasoned sour cream is almost too firm to to dip a fry in, could stand to be thinned out if used as a sauce. Beer was cheap but the tap list is only what you'd find painted on a stock car. Decent bottle list available, to their credit. May stop in again to give them another shot at a burger and play 'guess the length of the balding pony tail.'

This place has a lot of potential! I went here on s Sunday night. We barely saw the sign driving down the highway as they have a sign that says "Bar" and then a very small sign with their bar name. We sat outside as it was nice out. 2 minutes after me and my girlfriend and her parents sat down, a drunk guy came up to our table reeking of alcohol and swearing while trying to be funny. He even had three been bags and was trying to show us some trick. Our waitress then came up a few minutes later and took our order. I noticed a sign on their patio saying "Voted best burger in Minnesota" so I got a cheeseburger. Our food came out a few minutes later then looking impressive. Then bun looked fresh and the burger itself even looked fresh and juicy. The downside, no garnishments, lettuce, tomato, pickle. I took a bite out of my burger and was shocked. 1 out of 4 people at our table ordered their burger well done. All 4 burgers came back well done! Even worse, the cook used no seasoning whatsoever!! Seasoning, salt and pepper! Nothing!!! Are you kidding me? I definitely think that sign was a fake that mentioned they were voted best burger in Minnesota! I wouldn't vote them in the top 100 in Minnesota! The table next to us was an older couple who also had a drunk come up to their table too. The male at the table looked at me and shook his head in disbelief. Our waitress never did check on us either. In fact she only came to our table again to give us our bill. I thought we'll maybe she was the only waitress working tonight but when we eventually left, we saw her in the parking lot talking to some guy. Pro's: menu says they have cheap beer. Cons: -Seems to be a lot of regulars who were intoxicated heavily there while we were there. Not the younger type either...the older 40+ crowd. Who's in charge here that doesn't monitor their own business?!? If you have drunk locals in harassing your guests that drives away business. Female customers are key for any bar and having drunk older men there doesn't help especially when your out in a small town. Also as a bar owner, why are these people still getting served when they are that intoxicated already!?! -Terrible service. 1 waitress who never checked on us. Saw her in the parking lot when we left. -Decor. This is definitely a biker bar but actually has fake palm trees on their patio. They also have tiki torches. What the heck?!? SUMMARY: if you know a grocery store that sells ground beef, buns and salt and pepper shakers, go there instead. This place is a joke. -God awful cook. It's a shame because their burgers did come handmade and on a fresh bun but no flavor and cooked to "we'll done" when even the menu says all burgers cooked to "medium".

This place is more divey, the way you expect a bar that's away from the city to be. You'll see a lot of regulars and this place is known for its biking roots. If this doesn't scare you away, you're in the clear! The food here is good, it's better than your average pub and grub. Not only that, but they have specials nearly every day of the week. The pizza is thin and square cut, and on Monday's it's half price. The wings are nice and big, and there are a lot of sauces to choose from. The burgers are juicy and fat. They have poker league on Monday's/Thursday's with cash payouts for first. And the regular price for a bud light tap is $1.75! I recommend stopping up here if you're near East Bethel!
